Purchases are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. This page explains how to request a refund or cancel, and how Paddle’s policies apply.

Paddle is the merchant of record for your payment. You purchase the Product from Paddle, and Creatives Convert is the Supplier that provides the Product under our terms of use.
Refunds, cancellations, statutory withdrawal rights, and discretionary refund rules are governed primarily by Paddle's Refund Policy and the Paddle Buyer Terms, including any country-specific terms that apply to you. Those documents set minimum standards (for example, rules that may apply in the EU, EEA, UK, and other regions).
Nothing in this page limits or replaces any mandatory consumer rights or any right Paddle grants you under its policies. If anything here appears inconsistent with Paddle's policies or applicable law, Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, and the law that applies to you will prevail.

The following describes how we name and price our plans. Refund and withdrawal eligibility is not determined by this table; it is determined by Paddle's Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable law.

If the plan name or price shown at checkout or on your Paddle receipt differs, those checkout details govern.
To withdraw from a purchase, cancel a subscription, or request a refund, you must follow the process described in Paddle's Refund Policy, which typically includes:
Paddle's records are used to verify eligibility and timing. Where Paddle approves a refund, Paddle will process it using the same payment method where possible, in line with its policy (including typical processing timelines).
Product help (Supplier): If you need help using Creatives Convert or resolving a technical issue before or alongside a refund request, you may email hello@creativesconvert.com with the subject line Product support. Contacting Creatives Convert does not replace submitting a refund request through Paddle where Paddle's process requires it.
When a refund is approved under Paddle's processes, Paddle will handle the reversal or credit. Access to paid Creatives Convert features associated with that charge may end when the refund is completed. Timing may depend on your bank or card issuer after Paddle has processed the refund.
Paddle encourages you to contact Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks and disputes are handled under Paddle's policies and may affect access to the Product while reviewed.
You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms. Cancellation generally stops future renewals from the end of the current billing period; it does not always replace a refund request for a charge already made. For refund eligibility on subscription charges, refer to Paddle's Refund Policy and the country-specific sections of the Buyer Terms.
If the Product is materially defective or you have persistent technical issues, you should contact Creatives Convert at hello@creativesconvert.com first so we can try to resolve the issue. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may escalate through Paddle's support as described in Paddle's Refund Policy (including the section on technical or product defects).
Creatives Convert may update this explanatory policy from time to time. Paddle may also update its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. The versions that apply to a given charge are those in effect for that transaction, as described in Paddle's documents.
