By accessing and using CreativesConvert, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

CreativesConvert is a platform that generates ad creatives for businesses. Our service includes:

  • Ad creative generation from your inputs
  • Multiple platform size optimization
  • Brand kit integration
  • Export and download capabilities

User Accounts

Account Creation

You must create an account to access certain features of our service. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Generate ads that are illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Create misleading or deceptive advertisements
  • Use the service for spam or fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our technology
  • Use automated tools to access our service excessively

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using our service. You grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the service
  • Display examples of your work (with your permission)

Our Content

All CreativesConvert content, including our AI models, software, and brand elements, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans include:

  • Starter Plan: $5 one-time
  • Booster Plan: $19/month
  • Pro Plan: $49/month

Billing and Renewals

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Perform maintenance that temporarily affects service
  • Update or modify features without notice
  • Discontinue features that are no longer viable

We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

Privacy and Data
